Welcome Home Sunshine Portraits is Orlando’s only photography service that focuses on home portraiture.
What do I mean by home portraiture?
Purchasing a home is one of the biggest purchases you'll make during your lifetime.
It is an accomplishment worth savoring and cherishing.
I offer portrait sessions to celebrate and share! You may use your photos for your housewarming, for announcements or cards, or for family pictures to commemorate this time.
What do you get with your portrait session?
Each session is 30 minutes long, and includes photos on your front lawn or in your back yard.
It is up to you how formal or casual you want to go. Some folks really dress up, and others wear shorts or jeans. Even though these are formal portraits, I want people to feel that these photos reflect them authentically in the comfort of their new homes. You may also include your pets in your photos, or if you have other items you’d like to feature, that can absolutely be done!
You will receive up to 30 photos in your online album, all full resolution and able to be downloaded to your own computer. There will also be the option to purchase professional prints at the time of delivery.
I’m a realtor/mortgage professional, and would love to give this as a home buying "thank you"?
Contact Carrie to purchase the session for your clients. You will provide her with the client’s name, address, phone number, and email. She will give you a voucher that may be given to the clients at the time of closing. Carrie will contact them within a week of their closing date to set up their session.
Once their session is complete, Carrie will also provide the realtor with 3 photos that they may use on their social media.
What does it cost?
A session within 30 miles of the 32806 zip code is $100.
If the home is outside of the 30 mile radius, an additional driving fee will be charged, depending on the distance.
